One of my favourite places is The Blue Bar which has been tucked away in the corner of Son Maties beach for decades.
Another one to try is The Shack Beach Bar located on Playa Palma Nova.
Take a Cool Dip at Western Water Park
Beat the heat at Western Water Park, just a 5-minute drive from Palma Nova. This action-packed water park has thrilling waterslides, a massive wave pool, whitewater rapids, and a 15-meter halfpipe slide.
Little ones can splash safely in the children’s pools. When you need a break, grab a snack at one of the park’s restaurants.
Swing into Golf Fantasia
For a fun twist on golf, head to Golf Fantasia, Palma Nova’s legendary mini golf offering 3 courses of 18-hole crazy golf, located on Calle Tenis.
Wind your way through 18 holes of putting bliss amidst waterfalls, caves, bridges, and lavish tropical landscaping. Pre-book online for the best discounts. The onsite 19th Hole snack bar will keep your strength up.
The course is around 500 meters back from the beach and takes on a tropical theme including waterfalls, lakes, caves and wildlife.
Food and drink are available at the invariably named ’19th Hole’ snack bar.
