The Hotel Sol Katmandu Park & Resort Majorca is a 4-star superior family resort 100% refurbished & adapted for families with all the details we need: baby seats in the restaurant, changing tables in the bathrooms, buffet at a height suitable for children, comfortable rooms, … and a theme park within the complex!
What more could you ask for?
One of the advantages of staying at the hotel is that you have a special bracelet that allows you direct access to a selection of attractions in Kathmandu Park for a small additional cost per night access is unlimited and you can go on all of them without exception as many times as you want.
Where Is Katmandu Park & Resort?
Another advantage for those of you coming from outside the island is that it is only 250 metres from Magaluf beach and has a large shopping area, as well as easy access to many other beaches and beautiful ports such as Andtrax, which is less than 30 minutes away by car.
The hotel has a large swimming pool and a smaller one for children, a children’s club grouped by age, a terrace cafeteria with a stage for events, etc.
What About Katmandu Entertainment?
In the evenings there are two types of shows, the first one for the little ones where the hotel mascots usually appear and the second one designed for the whole family.
There’s plenty to keep everybody entertained at Katmandu, but if you want to venture out, why not take a look at some of Magaluf’s water parks.

How Is The Hotel Katmandu Accommodation?
The rooms are spacious and renovated and have many details to make children feel more comfortable, such as boxes decorated with children’s motifs with toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms or some little surprises on the bed.
The rooms are themed with motifs from the park, so the immersion in a fantasy world is even better.
It is also among the first hotels in Spain to use for the first time the system of opening the rooms through a smart bracelet, something very convenient even for children as there is no need to walk the said cards that we often lose or leave inside.
What’s The Food Like?
The buffet restaurant is now larger and offers various types of food, some designed for children and has Show Cooking to eat meat or fish made at the time, but what we loved and want to highlight is the amount of fruit that was offered in all shapes and colours.
We would also like to highlight the commitment to the progressive elimination of plastic and recycling.
Most of the glasses are made of cardboard or reusable plastic, and the straws are also made of paper.
A hotel focused on family enjoyment with 100% accessible attractions.
