Majorca Cycling Route 3 – Inca and surroundings

This Majorca cycling route starts in the city of Inca, passing through Selva, Mancor del Vall, and Lloseta before returning to Inca.

Duration: 1 hour
Distance: 15 KM
Difficulty: medium
Circular route: yes

This cycling route starts in Inca and it is very well signposted all along the way by wooden arrows that indicate a direction, distance and remaining approximate time.

Inca is home to major shoe factories such as Camper and it is 20 minutes away from Palma.

Every Thursday there is a traditional market.

The first stretch takes you towards the village of Selva, care must be taken with the motor traffic on the road.

Selva is on the road to Caimari and Lluc and it is one of the oldest villages on the island, founded in 1248.

Ceramics and leather goods are typical of this village.

From Selva the route goes to Mancor del Vall which has one of the oldest churches in Majorca, the Chapel of Santa Lucía built in the twelfth century.

The Massanella farmstead with its artificial lake and gardens can be visited, as well as the eighteenth-century Tafona de Son Morro.

And then to Lloseta on narrow roads with little traffic, a village devoted to manufacturing mountaineering footwear.

Once in Lloseta cyclists can return to Inca by the main road or continue to the hamlet of Biniamar.
