General

Use of the site: It is a condition of this site’s use that users agree that the site must not be used for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, outlined in these terms and conditions or by other applicable laws and regulations. In using this site you indemnify Holidays-Majorca.co.uk from any loss, damage or costs in connection with any breach of these conditions or any legal obligation by you, your use or conduct using this site.

Holidays-Majorca.co.uk is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a way for websites to earn advertising revenues by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk.

Holiday Rentals

Accuracy of advertisements: Holidays-Majorca.co.uk cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of any information entered by owners within the Holidays-Majorca.co.uk website. All text information (copy) entered in property advertisements is the sole responsibility of the property owner. Holidays-Majorca.co.uk do not verify the accuracy of property advertisements and advise holiday makers to investigate the authenticity of supplied copy and details thereof. Holidays-Majorca.co.uk are therefore not liable for property advertisement inaccuracies or misleading content provided by property owners on the website.

Minimum requirements: Property advertisements must contain at least one image of the property itself, and have a clear, non-misleading, accurate description of the property. Although not mandatory, listings will attract more visitors if they list available facilities, display rental rates and have the location coordinates plotted correctly. With minimum information provided a property advertisement can be requested for validation and be activated for display.
Advertisement duration: All property advertisements will remain visible, free of charge, in user searches provided that the following conditions are met: (a) The owner logs into the account and maintains the accuracy of the property listing and keeps the rental rates up do date, at least once a year. (b) The property displays the minimum required information (see section 2). (c) The Holidays-Majorca.co.uk terms and conditions are abided to in full. Holidays-Majorca.co.uk reserves the right to remove any non conforming property advertisement without notice to the owner.
Copyright: Property owners advertising on Holidays-Majorca.co.uk warrant that they own the copyright to all supplied photographic and textual material used within their property advertisements, or have obtained consent for the lawful use of any material by the legal copyright owner. The advertiser grants Holidays-Majorca.co.uk consent to use, part or as a whole, any copy or photographic material used within advertisements, royalty free, for promotional purposes including advertisements and public relations purposes. Holidays-Majorca.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

Multiple properties: All property advertisements submitted to Holidays-Majorca.co.uk by advertisers are for single property units. If an owner wishes to advertise more than one property unit, an additional advertisement must be created, unless prior agreement has been made with Holidays-Majorca.co.uk. All advertisements must be about a property and not a property company. Holidays-Majorca.co.uk reserves the right to amend any advertisement not adhering to this condition. Our policy allows commercial letting agents to list their properties, but not to spam the Holidays-Majorca.co.uk listings.
Multiple owner accounts: An owner (or agent) is entitled to a single Holidays-Majorca.co.uk owner account unless prior agreement has been made with Holidays-Majorca.co.uk. If an owner is found to have more than one owner account without agreement, will risk having their listings moved to a single owner account. Holidays-Majorca.co.uk reserves the right to remove any owner account and associated listings if this condition is broken. This condition is in place to help prevent commercial agents from spamming the site by exploiting our free listing policy. Please see conditions ‘Multiple properties’ & ‘External hyperlinks’ regarding multiple properties and external hyperlinks.
Changing properties: Existing properties must not be substituted with another by way of changes to the copy, photographs or other details without prior consent from Holidays-Majorca.co.uk are given to the advertiser. Holidays-Majorca.co.uk reserves the right to remove offending advertisements without notice or refund.

Website layout: Holidays-Majorca.co.uk reserve the right to determine the final layout of property advertisements including the right to edit copy, amend supplied photographs or other submitted details. Holidays-Majorca.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss, or damage, due to the layout, design or positioning, changes to photographs or the copy of advertisements submitted by owners.
Liability: While Holidays-Majorca.co.uk aims to provide a first class service, it makes no warranty that the site operation will be uninterrupted or error free. Holidays-Majorca.co.uk shall not become liable to advertisers for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including loss of profits, however caused.
Privacy: All information held about advertisers and site users will be kept confidential by Holidays-Majorca.co.uk. All reasonable steps are taken by Holidays-Majorca.co.uk to ensure information is secured securely and accurately. Personal information will never be provided to third parties for marketing or promotional use.

Advertisement termination: If substantiated complaints about a specific property advertisement are received by Holidays-Majorca.co.uk, regarding misleading details about a property, its location, facilities or other details, Holidays-Majorca.co.uk reserves the right to remove the advertisement, without notice or refund. If an owner enters inappropriate material into their advertisement or misuses the on-line systems, Holidays-Majorca.co.uk reserves the right to remove the offending material, or remove the advertisement, without notice or refund for persistent misuse.
External hyperlinks: Holidays-Majorca.co.uk does not allow external back link URL to other websites unless specifically stated in the advertisement form.
Changes to advertising rates and conditions: Holidays-Majorca.co.uk reserves the right to amend featured or spotlight advertising rates and conditions without notice. Any modifications to rates or conditions will become applicable upon posting at the Holidays-Majorca.co.uk website for new advertisers and upon advertising renewals.

Contact details: Holidays-Majorca.co.uk maintain a high level of service to holiday makers using this site, and therefore request that all advertisers to respond to enquiries by telephone or email within 7 days. Advertisers should provide an answer phone message or email ‘out of office’ response message if they are unavailable.

All information, mail messages and other data stored on the Holidays-Majorca.co.uk computer system will be treated as private and solely the property of the Customer at all times and will not be duplicated, copied, reproduced or viewed publicly in any way except with express or implied permission of the Customer and/or for the purpose of Holidays-Majorca.co.uk back up services and/or providing the Customer with the Services and/or for Holidays-Majorca.co.uk own internal purposes such as market research.
